Delivery Timelines

We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and order type:

• Metro Cities (India): 5 – 7 working days
• Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities (India): 7 – 10 working days
• Regional Areas: May be delivered faster, depending on courier coverage
• International Orders: 15 – 20 working days (depending on country & customs clearance)

Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery in India on all orders above ₹2,999
• Orders below ₹2,999 may incur a standard delivery fee (displayed at checkout)
• International Shipping Charges:
  • Shown at checkout
  • Vary depending on destination country, item weight, and order value

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

Your trust is our priority. In the rare event of a shipment being lost in transit, we will arrange a free replacement of the item.

• Replacement processing time may add 3 additional working days to the standard delivery timeline.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link to monitor the delivery progress.
