• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us promptly.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• India (Metro Cities): 5–7 working days
• India (Non-Metro): 7–10 working days
• International: 15–20 working days
• Free shipping in India for orders above ₹2,999
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by country

5. Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are only eligible in the case of:
  • Damaged items received
  • Polishing or finishing issues
• No refunds will be provided for customized or made-to-order items.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Pickup is arranged by us, and refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is inspected.

• Jewels By Ivati does not store or access your full payment details.
