Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy

While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and customer-focused — with a few important conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
✅ Cancellation Within 12 Hours
If you cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
💳 Cancellation Before Product is Shipped
If you cancel after 12 hours but before the product is shipped, your refund will be processed with payment gateway charges deducted.
📦 Cancellation After Product is Shipped
If you cancel after the product has been shipped, a 10% cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
❗ Important:
- Customized or bespoke jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
- Cancellation refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after approval.
When Can You Request a Refund?
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
✅ Damaged Goods Received
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us immediately.
✅ Polishing Issues
If the product has visible polishing or finishing issues, you may request a refund.
❗ Please Note:
- Refunds are NOT applicable for customized or bespoke jewellery.
- Refunds are also not applicable in cases of change of mind, incorrect size selection (unless discussed in advance), or minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings.
Helpful Tip – Record Your Unboxing
To ensure a quick resolution, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. This helps us verify any damage caused during transit and speeds up your refund process.

If you’re unsure about the size of a ring, bangle, or other fitted jewellery, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will gladly help you find the perfect fit.
Refund Eligibility Window
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- After this period, the item will no longer be eligible for refund consideration.
Return Pickup Process
We aim to make returns as effortless as possible:
- Pickup is arranged by us – no need to coordinate shipping on your own.
- Pickup will be scheduled within 2 working days of your refund request approval.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Refund Timeline & Payment Mode
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
- Refunds are issued via the original mode of payment used at checkout.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing.
